All Pre-registrations and payments (both online an mailed in) must be received by Thursday, May 15th at midnight.
Registrations and/or payments received after this date will incur a $20 late fee per competitor .
At the door registration is between 7:30 and 8:00 am and will also incur a $20 late fee per competitor. Check, money order and cash payments will be accepted.

Kaloudis Cup Fee
A separate $80 fee per participant is required to compete in the Kaloudis Cup

Yudansha competing in the Kaloudis Cup are not eligible to complete in any other Kata or Weapons divisions.
They may, however, compete in Kumite or Bogu. (click here for Kaloudis Cup Rules)

All completed applications received by Friday, Apr 25th, will be eligible for a special prize drawing.

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds of entry fees. Non-refundable fees will be donated to Koei-Kan Karate-Do and applied to tournament expenses. We appreciate your donation.

Events:

KATA and KUMITE ( open to all ranks, 5 years old and older)
WEAPONS KATA (open to Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced Belts Only - Allowed weapons include: nunchaku, long bo, eku, sai, tonfa, and kama)
BOGU (open to Novice - Advanced Only, 18 years old or older)
THE KALOUDIS CUP (open to black belts only, 50+ years old)

Spectators:

Adults - $10.00, Children - $6.00. Children 4 and under - FREE

Mandatory Gear:
For insurance coverage purposes you must wear the following equipment during sparring or forfeit the kumite match: head gear, hand protection, shin/instep protection, protective cup (for males) and mouth guard. Any age, rank or gender are allowed to wear chest protection under the uniform.

Division Information

Beginner Level:
White & Yellow Belts - 10th Kyu to 7th Kyu
May perform any of first 3 beginner kata in your respective karate system
Novice Level:
Orange, Blue & Green Belts - 6th Kyu to 4th Kyu
May perform any of first 5 kata in your respective karate system
Intermediate Level:
Purple, Brown & Red Belts - 3rd Kyu to 1st Kyu
May perform any rank appropriate kata in your respective karate system
Advanced Level:
Black Belts - May perform any black belt kata. Black Belt competitors (Adults - 18+) will be split into two groups at the discretion of the tournament director.

NOTE: Allowed Weapons include: nunchaku, long bo, eku, sai, tonfa, and kama.

NOTE: Bogu divisions are open to competitors who are Novice to Advanced Levels and 18 years of age and older. Must provide own approved bogu equipment, and practice this type of sparring in your family of martial arts.
